Job Description :

As Marketing Operations & AI Manager for Asia and Emerging Markets, you run the region's marketing technology, data, automation, and reporting. You own the platforms, integrations, data, dashboards, and AI workflows that the whole marketing team depends on, and you keep them working. This is the systems and data layer underneath marketing, distinct from campaign operations, who build and ship the campaigns themselves. Your job is to keep the demand engine running reliably, the data clean, and marketing's contribution to pipeline measurable and trusted. TR is investing in AEM marketing so it runs on better systems and practical automation. Done well, this role takes manual, repetitive work off the team, gives everyone reporting they can rely on, and makes AI an everyday tool rather than a project.
