We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage and develop some of our most strategic Grocery customers in Iberia. Reporting to the Head of Groceries, this role will own the end-to-end customer relationship, translating commercial priorities into customer-specific plans and ensuring disciplined, profitable and scalable execution.

You will play a critical role in delivering sustainable topline growth, margin expansion, and strong customer partnerships, acting as a key contributor to the Iberia Commercial Strategy 2030 through best-in-class customer management and execution.

This is a high-impact role with full customer accountability, strong cross-functional exposure, and a direct influence on the performance of our Grocery business in Iberia.

What your role is:

• Lead and develop strategic partnerships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact and driving sustainable customer growth.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plans tailored to each customer, aligned with company priorities.
• Lead annual negotiations, delivering optimal agreements in terms of growth, profitability, and execution.
• Define and implement customer-specific promotional and commercial strategies to drive performance.
• Drive distribution, visibility, and execution excellence within each customer.
• Own and deliver customer P&L performance, optimizing trade investment to maximize return and long-term value.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning at customer level.
• Anticipate customer needs and market changes, adapting plans accordingly.
• Coordinate internally with Category, SRM, Finance, and Supply teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities within each key account.
• Ensure alignment and execution of international agreements in conjunction with the international Key Account.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• You are a high-impact commercial leader who combines strategic vision with execution discipline.8–10+ years of experience in FMCG Sales, with a strong focus on Key Account Management.
• Category management experience is highly valued
• Proven track record managing large retail customers and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
• Solid experience in leading commercial negotiations and building Joint Business Plans.
• Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing P&L and optimizing trade investments.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business actions.
• Experience in demand planning and working cross-functionally (Sales, Category, Supply).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate customer and market needs.High level of ownership, autonomy, and results orientation.

The salary range for this position is:
