Customer Service / Order Processing Representative

We’re currently looking for a Customer Service / Order Processing Representative to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role supports our ordering process and customer service operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, dealers, and partners
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general support
• Enter, update, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle returns, exchanges, shipping issues, and other order-related concerns
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide friendly, professional, and proactive communication at all time
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations
  
  

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or order processing (automotive/tire industry a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with order entry systems, email platforms, and basic office software
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills
• Cash application experience preferred
• Strong 10 key/keyboarding skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking effectively
• Must have confidential and ethical conduct
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds
• Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
