Senior Pricing Analyst

What you’ll do:

Pricing & Margin Management
•    Analyze product, customer, and channel profitability to identify margin improvement opportunities.
•    Develop pricing recommendations aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
•    Support annual price increase programs and monitor implementation effectiveness.
•    Evaluate special pricing applications, customer bids, and contract pricing proposals.
•    Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and approval processes.
Commercial Support
•    Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance on pricing decisions.
•    Provide financial analysis and business cases for large customer opportunities and strategic accounts.
•    Support contract negotiations through pricing analysis and profitability modeling.
•    Prepare pricing guidance and recommendations for sales teams.
Market & Competitive Analysis
•    Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, raw material cost changes, and industry developments.
•    Conduct pricing benchmarking and competitive analysis.
•    Assess the impact of inflation, commodity costs, tariffs, and FX fluctuations on pricing strategies.
Data Analytics & Reporting
•    Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
•    Analyze price realization, discount trends, customer profitability, and margin leakage.
•    Support forecasting and scenario modeling for pricing decisions.
•    Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and governance.
Process Improvement
•    Assist in the development and enhancement of pricing models and methodologies.
•    Support digitalization and automation initiatives in pricing analytics.
•    Maintain pricing master data integrity within SAP/CRM and business systems. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA would be advantage.
• 5-10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance/FP&A, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in a B2B components, electronics/electrical components, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume SKU portfolios and complex customer pricing structures.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong experience with Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SAP/CRM systems.
• Familiarity with pricing software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and profitability drivers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
