角色与职责
- 技术人员通过定位 GE HealthCare 技术，并确定最佳技术和商业解决方案来发起销售。推广 GE HealthCare 技术的商业价值主张。与区域销售、客户销售和商业计划书人员密切合作。涉及 DTI 的主要技术角色（询问要求）：旨在通过 ITO 前期的技术支持来提高市场渗透率。
- 发展自己领域最新的商业发展的专业知识和沟通技巧，从而对他人产生影响。有助于战略和政策制定，并确保在责任范围内交付。通常是专业的一线经理或专业销售部门的二线经理。
- 对最佳实践以及自己的领域如何与他人融合有深入的了解；具有竞争的工作知识以及了解在市场上与众不同的因素
- 使用判断力来做出决策并处理项目、产品线、市场、销售流程、活动或客户中的中等复杂程度的任务或问题。对现有解决方案采用新观点。利用技术经验和专业知识进行数据分析以支持建议。使用多种内部资源和有限的自身功能之外的外部资源来帮助做出决定。
- 充当经验较少的同事的资源。可能会领导具有中等程度的风险和资源需求的小型项目。解释困难或敏感信息；努力建立共识。提升说服的技巧，以在领域内的话题上影响他人。
基本资格
- 该岗位要求在领域具有纯熟的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位
