As both strategist and implementer, this position sets the direction for how Greeley is positioned and promoted as a destination—to leisure travelers, meeting and convention planners, sports and event organizers, and group travel—and then carries that strategy through to market. The role develops the annual tourism marketing plan and budget; manages agency, vendor, and media buys; builds partnerships with hotels, attractions, businesses, event organizers, and regional and state tourism partners; and measures results against clear goals for visitation, lodging, and return on investment.
