The Regional Director of Sales (RDS) provides strategic sales leadership across a regional portfolio of communities, driving occupancy, revenue growth and team development. This role partners with Executive Directors and Directors of Sales to execute effective, data-driven sales strategies aligned with Sunrise’s mission and performance goals.
