Our Team: 

Our Restructuring team provides comprehensive advisory services in complex turnaround, distressed and bankruptcy situations, with a multi-dimensional approach that generates optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis and research of company and industry specific financial information
• Conduct quantitative analysis and financial valuation
• Create client presentations
• Engage in due diligence processes
• Coordinate the execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team

About You:

• Completing an undergraduate degree between December 2028 - June 2029
• Historically competitive academic standing
• A focus on restructuring with a long term interest to be in credit and distressed financial services
• Understanding of and demonstrated interest in industry participants, performance drivers, trends and challenges
• Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem solving and numerical analysis
• Thorough grasp of financial concepts
• A strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Desire to take initiative and excel at what you do

The annualized base salary for this position is $110,000, pro-rated for 10 weeks.

Base pay is just one component of Perella Weinberg’s total compensation package that may be available to employees. Depending on the position and other factors, other rewards may also include discretionary bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and Firm policies.
