Life Enrichment Assistant

Job Description

The Life Enrichment Assistant helps bring our Art of Living WellSM philosophy to life by creating engaging, meaningful experiences for residents. In this role, you will support activities, events, and wellness programs that promote connection, purpose, and overall well-being. You will work closely with residents and team members to create a vibrant, engaging community where every individual feels valued and inspired.

Location: Crestavilla 

Schedule: Fri-Mon 10a-6:30p

Pay Range: $22/hr

What You’ll Do

• Support and lead activities, events, and wellness programs for residents.
• Encourage participation and engagement in daily programming.
• Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution.
• Support transportation scheduling and drive residents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate any concerns.

What You Bring

• Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in Life Enrichment programs (preferably with seniors)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• First Aid Certification
