Alto Duval Station — Senior Living by Allegro — is looking for a friendly, dependable Dietary Aide to join our dining team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a warm, welcoming dining experience to our residents each day.

• Serve meals to residents in a courteous, attentive manner
• Assist with dining room setup, bussing, and clean-up
• Support the culinary team in delivering a quality dining experience
• Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel at home at the table

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.
