Chase Card Services is seeking a visionary, commercially driven executive to drive the Authorized User (AU) business as a standalone growth engine across the Sapphire, Freedom, and Slate portfolios. Today’s cardmembers increasingly manage spending across families, partners, and trusted individuals. The next generation of AU experiences will be powered by a dynamic lineup of card choices, real-time spend controls, personalized benefits and rewards, and enhanced servicing experiences that make every Authorized User feel like a primary cardmember relationship.

Create customer-first Authorized User experiences that help people confidently manage shared spending across families and trusted individuals. You’ll shape the multi-year strategy, define compelling value propositions, and partner across teams to deliver strong financial outcomes with disciplined risk and servicing.

As a Authorized User Portfolio Strategy Lead in Card Portfolio Strategy, you own the strategy that drives the Authorized User business across consumer credit card portfolios. You’ll set the roadmap across segmentation, pricing, positioning, and servicing, while managing financial performance and building investment cases for senior leadership. You’ll lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, using clear KPIs and operating rigor to deliver measurable results.
