• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]
• Strong coordination and project management skills [Required]
• Ability to supervise and manage business development initiatives [Required]
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply detailed and complex information [Required]
• Effective interpersonal and active listening skills [Required]
• Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide input for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

• Ability to travel (up to 75%) within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required [Required]
