Job Summary

Manages and operates the Backus Hospital Gift Shop & Boutique.  Orders, displays, sells merchandise, inventory control, training, and supervising volunteers, creating and analyzing periodic sales reports, handling daily receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.  Promote positive customer relations utilizing the HHC H3W Leadership behaviors.
