- Conduct regular ride-alongs, field coaching, one-on-one meetings, and team meetings.
- Provide leadership and technical support to technicians when challenging service calls or customer situations arise.
- Partner closely with dispatch, customer service, sales, installation, and company leadership to maximize scheduling efficiency and overall customer experience.
- Champion a strong service and sales culture focused on finding the right solutions for customers.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards, Washington requirements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee department resources including vehicles, tools, equipment, inventory, and other operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, customer retention, and overall department performance.
- Help develop and implement strategies to support continued HVAC growth across the Seattle and Puget Sound markets.
