Ansell is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service to join our team!

The E-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service is a key contributor to delivering an exceptional online customer experience across North America. Reporting to the Associate Manager, E-Commerce, this role serves as a vital link between Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Logistics, and other business functions to ensure seamless e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will analyze and process orders, resolve customer and sales inquiries, and support the performance of the company’s webstore and online marketplace channels. Working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution Center teams, this role helps drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and support continued growth across digital sales channels.

What your role will be?

• Manage and optimize order processing, account maintenance, and customer support activities across North America webstore and online marketplace channels.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, accurate, and professional support for product inquiries, reviews, and account-related requests.

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a customer-first approach.

• Investigate, document, and resolve customer service issues by identifying root causes, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring successful resolution.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics, and Distribution Center teams to deliver seamless service and achieve key performance objectives.

• Serve as a trusted product resource by providing technical product guidance and recommending solutions that align with customer protection and business needs.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.

• Support the growth and success of digital sales channels through operational excellence, problem-solving, and a commitment to best-in-class service.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education 

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Job Experience

• 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related customer-facing role preferred.

• Experience working with ERP systems, including Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms preferred.

• Experience supporting online marketplaces and/or e-commerce operations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer service operations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Proven ability to manage internal and external customer expectations while delivering high-quality service and timely solutions.

• Ability to understand, apply, and ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and established workflows.
