- (RN) - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- (BLS) - Basic Life Support certification (obtain within 30 days, offered within)
- (ACLS) - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (obtain within 30 days, offered within)
- CCHC Pharmacology Exam (pass prior to start date)
- CCHC Basic Arrhythmia Exam (pass prior to start date)
- (De-escalation) – Completion of an approved De-escalation Certification Course (obtain within 90 days, offered within).
- (Preferred) Three years experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department
