- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language;
- Current Massachusetts Nurse’s aide certification;
- Basic Life Support Certification for Health Care Providers within 30-days of start date;
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served;
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management skills;
- Experience with current office technology, proficient with computer office applications (Electronic Medical/Health Records, MS Office, etc.) preferred.
