Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time on the NOC (Night) Shift. As a night shift RN, you will be the clinical backbone of our facility during the quiet hours, ensuring our residents remain safe, comfortable, and well-cared for.

This position offers a highly competitive wage of $48.00 to $50.00 per hour, with exact placement depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess & Monitor: Conduct routine assessments, monitor resident status changes, and promptly notify physicians or families of significant changes.
• Supervise Team: Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the shift.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Emergency Response: Lead the shift response in emergency situations, ensuring patient safety protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing with the State of California.
• Valid BLS/CPR Certification.
• Previous experience in a post-acute, skilled nursing (SNF), or long-term care setting is preferred, but motivated RNs looking to transition into post-acute care are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
