What You'll Do

• Champion Exceptional Care. Support resident assessments, service plans, and clinical follow-up to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

• Own the Details. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, complete audits, and support regulatory compliance.

• Be a Trusted Partner. Work closely with our Health Services Director, care teams, providers, residents, and families.

• Coach for Excellence. Support associates through training, guidance, and reinforcement of Top in Class care standards.

• Stay One Step Ahead. Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of follow-through.

• Deliver Legendary Hospitality. Build meaningful relationships and create experiences where residents and families feel valued.

What You Bring

• Current, active Ohio LPN license required.

• Clinical experience preferred, ideally in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living.

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for seniors.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Participation in the rotating on-call schedule is required, along with flexibility to support community needs.
