Status: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule: 4-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays

What Our Client Care Representatives Do

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep medical records up to date
• Handle prescription and food requests and relay them to the medical team
• Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
• Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including end-of-life visits
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service, reception, or front-desk experience (veterinary experience is a plus but not required)
• Friendly, clear communication in person and on the phone
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with computers and scheduling software (practice management software experience is a plus)
• A team-player attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive in a busy setting
• Compassion for pets and the people who love them
