This position is responsible for scheduling pick ups, and assist with driver check in. 

The schedule is from 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday - Friday.

You will: 

•  Experience with drivers making deliveries in the Tri-State area  
• Arrange and monitors the Pickup of product(s) outside vendors
• Assist with driver check in (Product returns and checking the driver’s paperwork for accuracy)
• Checks cleanliness of trucks to ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed
• Investigates truck accidents and prepares accident reports

You have:

• Knowledge of Straight Trucks, Tractor/Trailer, Non-CDL Trucks, Material Handling Equipment, and DOT requirements 
• Road Net and Fleet Dash Cams experience a plus
• A proven track record in Service, Attendance, and Reliability
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with drivers, customers, Customer Service, Sales, and company staff
• Must be organized and be able to multitask
• Able to work in work in a fast paced, detail orientated environment
