What You'll Do

• Safely administer medications in accordance with Virginia regulations

• Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the care team

• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation

• Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to our Memory Care residents

What We're Looking For

• Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification or other applicable medication administration qualification

• At least 18 years old

• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred

• CNA/PCA experience is a plus

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
