Senior Customer Master Data Coordinator

The primary responsibilities of this position include the creation and maintenance of customers in Amneal's ERP (JDE) system, Customer Master Database (Reltio), and Direct to Customer software, supporting all Amneal Business segments including Generics, Biosciences, Biosimilars, Specialty, BD, etc. This role also provides support to the Supervisor, Customer Master Data.This position will work independently and be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and completeness, meeting all internal control procedures, policies, and work instructions that govern the Customer Address Book and Customer Master in the ERP system in compliance with SOX. This position is responsible for validating customer creation requests and researching and determining customer Class of Trade (COT). Accurate COT designations are critical for correct government price compliance, and incorrect designations can result in lost revenue and fines. This role is responsible for protecting Company's financial interests by ensuring direct price groups are assigned to the correct customers. This individual must work independently and have the ability to multi-task to support Amneal Sales and Marketing initiatives such as implementing new customer portals, expanding direct shipments or moving clinical trial shipments in-house. The individual must be organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure and meet customer contractual deadlines. This role will become a super-user for SAP and will actively participate in the SAP implementation project.

Essential Functions:

• Independently responsible for timely creation and maintenance of customers in our ERP (JDE) system, Customer Master Database (Reltio) supporting all Business Segments. Work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness for customer creation and maintenance in accordance with SOX Compliance for Customer Address Book and Customer Master in all systems. Determine Class of Trade designations, which are critical for correct government price compliance. This role is responsible for protecting Amneal's financial interests by ensuring direct price groups are assigned to customers correctly in JDE. Partner with department management and sales & marketing teams to establish a new corporate hierarchy for Amneal that may be used by all department, eliminating the need for separate maintenance by different teams. This includes gathering requirements for all departments, analyzing requirements to establish final requirements list, and implementing the set up in Reltio. This will also include creation & execution of test scripts prior to implementation in production environment.
• Independently responsible for investigating new portal customer applications, validating paperwork, credit limit assignments, and ensuring correct set up in JDE, adhering to all SOX controls. Determine correct portal set-up and apply necessary attributes. Partner with Customer Ops team to ensure correct customer linkage based on State contract requirements. Partner with Membership team to ensure all portal customers are correctly loaded in Flex in order to provide correct pricing in Amneal Now and Amneal Direct portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide support to other departments for their customer initiatives, such as additional portal implementations and CPQ. Partner with management to increase automation in the customer master process. Actively participate in the implementation of the SAP customer master and assume the role of super-user. Assist with the creation and execution of all UAT test scripts for all projects. Escalate critical issues to Trade Finance Leadership when necessary to mitigate risk and maintain smooth business operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide help as needed to team members in India assigned to Customer Master updates.
• Assist in projects as needed to support Amneal initiatives.
• Complies with all company policies and standards.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.63 to 26.44 per hour. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, , with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Business, Finance, or related field - Preferred

Experience:

• 3 years or more in Customer Master experience
• 3 years or more in Working independently, multi-tasking, partnering with other teams
