As our Houseperson, you’ll play an important role in keeping our guest rooms and public spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll support Room Attendants and housekeeping teams by delivering linens and supplies, removing soiled items and trash, maintaining shared spaces, and helping with daily operations. Your reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail will help our team deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, guest privacy, and teamwork.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning, lifting, and restocking tasks.
• Ability to work throughout guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and housekeeping spaces.
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
