Position Duties

Use class rosters to check student-athlete attendance in assigned classes
Access buildings across campus throughout the week
Arrive at classes 10 minutes before start time, and remain there for 15 minutes after
Log and sent attendance to supervisor
Stand by classroom doors and identify student-athletes
Support Student Success Team with all administrative and operational duties

Required Skills

Input and organize data with softwares such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teamworks, etc.
Punctuality to classes and appointments for accurate class attendance checks
File, organize, and maintain records of the Student Success Department
Communication alongside the supervisor and Student Success staff
