As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll partner with the Front Office Manager to lead daily front desk operations and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. You’ll support the team through coaching and development, oversee special arrivals and guest requests, resolve service challenges, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless experiences. Your leadership and attention to detail will help bring Coury Hospitality’s service standards to life.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, property management systems (PMS), reservations, and billing procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and front desk equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
