Inside Sales Representative & Warranty Specialist‌ 

Havtech Supply is seeking a Inside Sales Representative & Warranty Specialist‌ to provide knowledgeable, responsive, and solution-oriented customer support. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through order and quote processing, product assistance, warranty administration, and sales support. This role works collaboratively to resolve customer needs, enhance the customer experience, and support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong customer service background who enjoys working collaboratively to provide exceptional service and solution-driven support that enhances the customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Deliver professional, responsive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing effective solutions.
• Process customer quotes and orders for HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies through multiple sales channels while ensuring accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage warranty claims and inquiries from initiation through resolution, including documentation, research, and customer communication.
• Strives to execute sales with high accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value through product recommendations, promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and outbound customer engagement.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates and support revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of HVAC products, services, and promotions to effectively support customers and drive business development.
• Utilize business systems to manage transactions, maintain customer records, and support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS include the following.

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of inside technical sales or related HVAC technical experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proven track record with inside sales and superior customer services skills, particularly in managing challenging customers and their issues. 
• Excellent communication skills; positive, team-player attitude.
• Experience working in a process management system and priority setting. 
• Demonstrated focus on details. 
• Must be action oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• CRM experience a plus.

COMPENSATION

The salary range listed is an expected range, the actual salary will be determined by education, experience, skills and alignment with local market data. The range is one component of the total compensation for employees.
