• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
• Live our values: Safety, Passion, Excellence, Teamwork, and Sustainability

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills—you love systems, order, and getting things done right
•  Comfortable with physical tasks including receiving shipments, stocking product, and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Confident communicator who can lead a shift and support a team
• Detail-oriented and dependable—you take ownership and follow through
• A positive, “all hands on deck” mindset

Why Outside Brands?

• Work in a fun, high-energy environment connected to the outdoors
• Be part of a team that values Humble, Hungry, and Smart team players
• Opportunities for growth across retail, operations, and beyond
