LAUNCH CNY is growing, and we’re excited to welcome new Employment Skills Coaches to our Employment Services team! This position supports our daytime Community-Based Prevocational Program, a job readiness program meant to assist individuals with developing the skills necessary to be successful in the workforce. As an Employment Skills Coach, you’ll help individuals with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and prepare for future employment through hands-on volunteer experiences and classroom activities. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your community while joining a team that supports people in leading more independent, fulfilling lives.

Through individualized coaching, encouragement, and practical learning experiences, you'll help people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build skills that can support their future employment goals.

We're looking for patient, dependable, and encouraging people who enjoy teaching, building relationships, and celebrating progress along the way.

If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and seeing people succeed, this could be a great fit for you. Join our growing team and help individuals build skills, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward future employment!
