Maintenance Technician
📍 Livingston, TN
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
- Minimize equipment downtime through rapid response and effective problem-solving
- Support and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) program
- Assist with maintenance inventory and spare parts management
- Train and support new employees as needed
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
- Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or equivalent related experience
- Experience with:
- PLCs
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Robotics
- Welding
- AC/DC electrical systems
- Motor controls
- Plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work from ladders and lifts
- Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment
