WHO WE ARE:

We’re on a mission:

To be the TEAM of choice for our people and the PARTNER of choice for our customers and vendors.

From humble beginnings in a machine shed to an operation of 600+ people, IPC is now a national leader in pallet manufacturing, recycling, and logistics innovation. We’re gritty, growing, and focused on building real relationships and real solutions.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re not just looking for someone who can drive a truck—we’re looking for a high-character, dependable road warrior who takes pride in doing things right, showing up every day, and being a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

We have a position available for Part-Time or Full-Time up to 70 hours a week

10-12 Hour Day Shift, Hours Negotiable

You're the type of person who:

• • Knows your way around a rig AND people.
  • Leads with respect and represents the company like it were your own.
  • Has a get-it-done attitude, a strong back, and even stronger values.
  • Wants to work somewhere you’re known by name - not just a truck number.

If you've worked in any job that taught you discipline, hustle, and respect—you’ll fit right in here.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• • Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
  • Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve—on time, every time.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• • Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
  • Keep it legal, keep it safe—DOT compliance and safety first, always.
  • Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.

Live the Culture

• • Bring good energy to work every day. No egos. No drama.
  • Help us build a team that supports each other, trusts each other, and has each other’s backs.
  • Speak up when something’s off. Fix it when you can. Ask for help when you need it.

WHO YOU ARE:

• • You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record with 2 years of experience.
  • You're Reliable, respectful, and ready to work. You don’t need someone chasing you down—you show up and own it.
  • You’re not afraid to get a little dirty, help with loading, and be part of a bigger mission.
  • You care about people, not just pallets.
  • You’re comfortable with some on-call expectations—we hustle when needed.
  • You’re looking to grow—not just clock in and clock out.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

• • Steady hours, competitive pay, and overtime when the job calls for it.
  • A company that backs its drivers and treats you like part of the team—not just a name on a route sheet.
  • Full benefits package, including:
  • 401(k) with match
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Life insurance & more
  • A work environment where your work ethic matters more than your resume.
  • A long-term home where you can grow into a leader, if that’s where you’re headed.

READY TO DRIVE FOR SOMETHING REAL?

If you’re ready to drive more than just miles—if you’re ready to drive a mission, drive a team, and drive your own growth—then IPC wants to talk to you.

Bring your boots, your work ethic, and your best attitude. Let’s roll.
