Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

Overview

Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate – $14.50–$15/hr + Commission & Bonuses

Love beauty, people, and a job where every day moves fast? You might be exactly who we're looking for. 💛

Drybar is all about making people feel their best. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts—and an amazing experience from the second our clients walk through the door.

Our front desk team is a HUGE part of making that happen.

We're looking for friendly, outgoing people who love talking to clients, thrive in a busy environment, and aren't afraid to recommend a product or membership when it's the right fit.

💰 The Good Stuff

• $14.50–$15.00/hour starting pay
• PLUS commission & bonus opportunities
• Employee discounts on Drybar services and products
• Paid training—we'll teach you what you need to know
• Set, predictable schedules
• Opportunities to grow into leadership and other roles
• A fun, fast-paced environment where you won't spend your entire shift staring at the clock

💛 What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the first hello and the last goodbye for our clients. You'll:

• Welcome clients and get them checked in for their appointments
• Help clients book and manage appointments
• Keep the front desk organized and the shop running smoothly
• Talk about Drybar products, services, and memberships
• Help clients find products they'll genuinely love
• Support the stylists and your fellow team members
• Help create the upbeat, welcoming experience Drybar is known for

✨ You'll Probably Love This Job If You...

• Are naturally friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Love beauty, hair, fashion, retail, hospitality—or just making someone's day
• Enjoy staying busy and can handle a fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable with sales and earning commission
• Are dependable and show up for your team
• Can multitask without losing your cool
• Like working as part of a team instead of sitting behind a desk by yourself
• Want a job where there's actually room to learn and grow

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, front desk, or sales experience is a plus—but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
