Front Desk (Wellness Membership Sales) - Hourly + Commission + Free Monthly Massage / Facial

Overview

Our Portsmouth, NH location is part of a community of studios (Salem NH, Bedford NH, Nashua, NH, and Newburyport MA) that is family-owned and operated. We are a busy Elements Massage studio, with over 900+ massage and facial appointments per month, and we’re growing fast!

This role is for someone who finds meaning in helping others feel better, live healthier, and commit to themselves.

You’ll be part of a studio and team that believes self-care is essential—not indulgent—and that education, trust, and consistency are what truly help people live and move better. If you’re motivated by purpose, connection, and growth (not just clocking in), you’ll feel right at home here.

We are intentionally looking for someone who enjoys guiding clients, building relationships, and being part of something bigger than a transaction.

What makes it special is the room for growth. Team members who demonstrate consistency, initiative, and care have clear opportunities to increase earnings through commission and bonuses, expand their responsibilities, and advance within our company over time.

If you’re motivated by purpose, connection, and the opportunity to grow—this role can be an incredibly meaningful starting point
