Job Description Summary
Medical Assistant – Primary Care & Specialty - (Mon–Fri, No Weekends)Location: Collier County, FL (Float Position) Home Base: 400 8th St. N, Naples, FL 34102
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (hours vary between 7 AM–7 PM must be available until at least 5:30 PM)

How will you make an impact & Requirements
How You’ll Make an ImpactPrepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace
Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Monitor and restock medical supplies
Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient‑centered environment
What We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred
2+ years of experience (primary care experience preferred)
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County)
Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR experience (Athena preferred)
Friendly, professional, team‑oriented approach to patient care
