What Will You Be Doing?

As our Marketing & Events Manager, you'll play an important role in how Comfort Experts connects with homeowners, employees, and communities throughout North Texas.

You'll help develop marketing ideas, organize events, coordinate campaigns, and make sure our company is represented professionally and consistently.

1. Marketing Strategy & Creative Campaigns

• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

• Create fresh ideas for seasonal promotions, special offers, customer appreciation, and community outreach.

• Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, print, direct mail, social media, and local advertising.

• Help create flyers, brochures, promotional materials, advertisements, and branded merchandise.

• Work with outside advertising agencies, printers, designers, and other marketing vendors.

• Maintain consistent branding across our Comfort Experts and Genius service brands.

• Develop marketing calendars and coordinate campaigns with seasonal business needs.

• Research competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.

• Track marketing expenses and help manage campaign budgets.

• Measure campaign results and make recommendations for improvement.

We want someone who doesn't just ask, "What are we doing next?" but also asks, "What could we be doing better?"

2. Event Planning & Community Involvement

This is a big part of the position, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys it.

You'll help plan, organize, and execute events that connect Comfort Experts with our customers, employees, and communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and coordinate home and garden shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events.

• Research and identify events throughout the DFW Metroplex that would be a good fit for our company.

• Coordinate booth reservations, sponsorships, registrations, and event schedules.

• Design and organize attractive, engaging event booths and displays.

• Manage event supplies, promotional giveaways, signage, banners, and marketing materials.

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for company events.

• Work with local Chambers of Commerce, community organizations, schools, and event coordinators.

• Help organize employee appreciation events, company celebrations, and team-building activities.

• Represent Comfort Experts professionally at community events.

• Track event leads, expenses, attendance, and overall results.

• Help with event setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials when needed.

Around here, we believe the person planning the event should be willing to help set up the event, too.

3. Social Media, Content & Brand Awareness

We want someone who understands that people do business with companies they know, recognize, and trust.

You'll help bring the personality of Comfort Experts to life through creative content and storytelling.

• Help manage and grow our social media presence.

• Create engaging posts, short videos, reels, and promotional content.

• Capture photos and videos of employees, events, community involvement, and company activities.

• Highlight our technicians, customer service team, and the people behind our company.

• Develop creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and community promotions.

• Coordinate content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Help promote customer reviews, company awards, and community involvement.

• Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across marketing channels.

• Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to use them creatively.

• Work with company leadership to make sure messaging reflects our values and reputation.

4. Community Relationships & Partnerships

We've been part of North Texas for more than six decades, and we want to continue building relationships that last.

You'll help us:

• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

• Coordinate participation in local charitable and community activities.

• Strengthen relationships with Chambers of Commerce throughout our service area.

• Look for opportunities to increase brand recognition in the communities we serve.

• Represent Comfort Experts at networking events and community functions.

• Help create programs that encourage customer loyalty and referrals.

• Find meaningful ways to give back to the communities that have supported our company.

We believe the best marketing isn't always an advertisement.

Sometimes it's showing up, shaking someone's hand, helping a neighbor, or supporting a good cause.

5. Organization, Planning & Results

Being creative is important, but being organized is just as important.

We're looking for someone who can turn ideas into action without letting the details fall through the cracks.

You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a marketing and events calendar.

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Coordinating with vendors, employees, and company leadership.

• Tracking marketing budgets and expenses.

• Keeping promotional materials and event supplies organized.

• Making sure projects are completed accurately and on time.

• Monitoring campaign performance, event leads, and return on investment.

• Preparing updates on upcoming events, completed projects, and marketing results.

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

• Taking ownership of projects from the first idea to the final result.

6. Teamwork & Leadership

You'll work closely with company leadership, customer service, dispatch, sales, technicians, and other departments.

What Experience Are We Looking For?

We'd love to find someone with:

• Experience in marketing, event planning, community relations, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original marketing ideas.

• Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or promotional activities.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

• Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• SEO knowledge and background

• Knowledge of Map Locations

• Driving customers to our sites and boosting revenue.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience working with vendors and managing budgets.

• The confidence to represent our company professionally in the community.

• A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

• A dependable, hands-on attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-service industry is a plus, but it isn't required.

Where Will You Work?

Our headquarters is located in Weatherford, Texas, approximately 30 minutes west of Fort Worth.

THIS IS A 100% IN-HOUSE, IN-PERSON POSITION. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID WORK IS AVAILABLE.

We want someone who is part of our day-to-day team, works directly with leadership, and helps bring ideas to life.

This position will also involve attending and coordinating events throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Some evenings and weekends will be required based on event schedules.

We believe being present, involved, and connected to your team makes a difference.
