Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for an Ambassador to join our team at Regency at Montaine, a vibrant active adult community in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado, where residents enjoy exceptional amenities, engaging programs, and meaningful opportunities to connect with their neighbors.

In this role, you'll serve as the face of the community (similar to a front desk associate, concierge, or customer service representative) creating a welcoming and memorable experience for residents and guests by serving as a trusted resource, supporting community events and activities, and helping ensure amenities remain inviting, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, make a visible impact, and contribute to a community where connection, hospitality, and resident experience are at the heart of everyday life.

If you're someone who enjoys helping people, creating positive experiences, staying engaged, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you.
