Your Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) within Victoria’s Secret FP&A team plays a pivotal role in analyzing data and providing financial insight. Responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes for the Digital and Marketplace businesses, the SFA collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate projections, expense optimization, and influence decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong analytical skills, financial acumen, strategic thinking, a proactive approach to process enhancement, and the ability to foster cross-functional partnerships to drive business success.
Your Impact:
Lead seasonal budgeting and monthly forecasting process for Victoria’s Secret Digital and Marketplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage expenses effectively and performance within budget targets.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders supporting key meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, and Earnings amongst others.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address business needs.
