About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our window and door projects on track. You’ll support internal teams, communicate with customers and technicians, and make sure schedules, details, and logistics come together seamlessly.  Our teams manage projects ranging from replacing a few windows for a homeowner (Retail Replacement team), to full house installations with builders on new home construction sites (Trade and Pro-Select teams), to assisting current product owners with a variety of warranty and service work (Customer Care team).

Requirements

•  Coordinate schedules, updates, and project details
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Track product delivery to warehouse and jobsites
• Anticipate and solve project issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional communication
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable with computer software
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
• Builds rapport with customers and internal teams
