Why You'll Want This Job
- Real Pay, No Guesswork: $21–$28/hr. based on experience and geography, paid weekly/biweekly, plus lead-generation bonuses - uncapped
- Your Own Route From Day One: A take-home company vehicle and all your equipment provided — you're trusted to run your route and represent us directly with customers.

What You'll Do
- Run your assigned daily service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments safely and correctly.
- Talk directly with customers about what you found and what you did — you're the face of Certus Home Services on every stop.
- Follow all PPE and safety/compliance standards on every application.
- Track treatment results and follow up when needed.
- Keep accurate service records and keep your vehicle and equipment ready to go.
What Success Looks Like — And What It Gets You
Utility Technicians who own their route the way we know you can typically:
- Complete 98%+ of scheduled stops and keep documentation 90%+ accurate — this is what earns you a bigger route and more responsibility.
- Generate 8+ qualified leads a month, which feeds directly into your monthly bonus.
- Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours and keep customers highly satisfied — the track record that fast-tracks you toward your Pest Control Technician license.
- Drive safely with a zero-incident record — because we only hand a growing route and more autonomy to people we trust completely.
