As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our exceptional standards, inspiring a passionate team to exceed every guest's expectations. Earnings Range: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Actual rate based on experience, qualifications, and position) What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to organize, motivate, and coach our high-performing team.
- Inspect & Perfect: Ensure immaculate attention to detail by inspecting guest rooms, public spaces, storage, and administrative areas.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide courteous, top-tier service, running requested items to guest rooms and maintaining pristine furnishings and metalwork.
- Manage Operations: Oversee linen collection, laundering logistics, and inventory storage to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a natural talent for coaching and mentorship.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
