Vendor Management Specialist

• Facilitate vendor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, sanction screenings, and compliance requirements are completed.
• Administer and maintain accurate vendor data for the Americas, including banking information verification.
• Conduct vendor background checks, risk assessments, and participate in vendor risk management initiatives.
• Integrate vendor information into Oracle, Zip, and Coupa systems and provide related training and support.
• Ensure all vendor documentation is complete, up‑to‑date, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and business stakeholders, resolving inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Finance teams to support vendor data availability and issues.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on onboarding status, compliance metrics, and spend analysis.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and updates on pipeline projects to senior leadership.
• Manage a high volume of requests in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Minimum 2 years experience in vendor onboarding, compliance, or procurement/supply chain management.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax identification requirements and related vendor processing regulations.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Zip, or comparable procurement systems.
• Strong analytical, data manipulation, and KPI/dashboard development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and data entry capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience managing high‑volume workloads in a fast‑paced setting.
