Dialysis Clinical Technician - St. Joseph Acute Setting

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with kidney disease. As a Clinical Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing dialysis treatments and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

**What You Will Do**
- Keep a close eye on patients undergoing hemodialysis and deliver compassionate, hands-on care under nursing supervision—you'll be their go-to support person!
- Share real-time patient updates with your interdisciplinary team members, keeping everyone in the loop so care flows seamlessly.
- Team up with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare pros to provide top-notch dialysis care—collaboration at its finest!
- Complete the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program as a condition of continued employment (we'll set you up for success!).
- Earn and maintain your dialysis technician certification within 18 months of hire—we're invested in your growth and professional development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Successful completion of the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program.
- Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nursing Assistant (NA), Medical Assistant (MA), or other healthcare experience.
