Sales Assistant - Contract

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Team Lead and Associates with key functions including:

• Entering Sales Orders.
• Maintain and update Bookings log, Sales Order log and Billings daily.
• Handling customer requests for documentation, shipping information etc.
• Coordinate with Sales Team and review/update Sales Orders as needed.
• Send customers catalogs and drawings as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Inventory catalog room monthly
• Provide support to Outside sales personnel (Sending catalogs, swag etc.)
• Update Quote Log (CRM) as needed for Sales Team.
• Communicate with customers and production team to expedite deliveries

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good computer skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Self-motivated
• Great communication skills
