Description
We're looking for a versatile Office Coordinator to provide support. This role performs various administrative functions — reception, data entry, filing, mail, and general support. It's a great fit for someone who doesn't mind switching gears throughout the day.
- Answer and route phone calls; greet and assist visitors as needed
- Coordinate and schedule events at The Vault
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization
- Assist with work order processing, invoice processing
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed
- Help maintain office supply levels and restock common areas
- Step in for other administrative staff during vacations, sick days, etc
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package distribution
- Assist with basic data entry

Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in a corporate administrative, office management,
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and come to work Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm M-F
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
