Love animals AND people? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Academy Animal Hospital!

We’re not your average veterinary hospital. As a Fear Free Certified Practice, we focus on creating a calmer, less stressful experience for our patients and their families. We care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and injured wildlife, so there is rarely a boring day!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassion
• Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Schedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothly
• Check clients in and out and process payments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Assist with prescription and medical record requests
• Recognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical team
• Help create a calm, organized, Fear Free environment
• Support your teammates and jump in where needed
• Provide compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments

Who We’re Looking For

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy.

Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred, but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.

Hospital Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay Range: $19-21/hr
