The Contracts and Compliance Coordinator runs the day-to-day, high-volume contract administration and compliance operations of the AtriumWORKS Compliance team. This role is the first point of contact for the team's shared compliance inbox; manages request intake, signature routing, and follow-up; prepares template-based agreements and first drafts; maintains accurate contract data in Atrium's contract management tool; and supports the independent contractor (IC) compliance program as needed.
A successful Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable on follow-through, comfortable keeping many requests moving at once while knowing when to escalate.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage the WORKS Compliance shared inbox daily; log, tag, and assign requests, and redirect non-compliance items (payroll, AR, HR) to the correct team.
- Manage contract request intake through the CWS Agreement Request webform, redirect requests that bypass intake, and maintain the request log.
- Track open requests and follow up on outstanding signatures, documents, and client or supplier responses, escalating stalled items to the Compliance Manager.
- Process high-volume, per-worker client statements of work against a review checklist, route for signature, and file executed copies.
- Prepare template-based documents, including worker indemnity agreements, simple amendments, renewal, expiration, and termination notices, and client-paper SOWs and work orders.
- Route agreements for e-signature (Adobe Sign, DocuSign), manage countersignature, re-issue expired links, and confirm executed copies are filed.
- Flag non-standard terms, background screening requirements, or clause mismatches to the Compliance Manager before signature.
