POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vegas Live Casino Network Dealertainer creates an engaging, entertaining, and unforgettable gaming experience for guests participating in live-streamed casino action. Unlike traditional dealer positions, Dealtainers participate in a dedicated Vegas Live Casino Network tip pool that is separate from the property's casino dealer tip pool and receive guaranteed daily tokes, creating a unique earning opportunity rarely found in the gaming industry.

More than a traditional dealer, the Dealertainer serves as a host, entertainer, content contributor, and brand ambassador. Similar to the energy and guest interaction associated with a party pit environment, Dealtainers are encouraged to engage guests, showcase their personalities, and help create a fun, social, and memorable gaming experience while maintaining the highest standards of game integrity and professionalism.

This unique role combines exceptional table games knowledge with on-camera presence, guest engagement, and social media influence. Dealtainers interact naturally with in-studio guests, online viewers, fellow cast members, and production staff while helping create compelling gaming entertainment for audiences worldwide. The incumbent represents both Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network by delivering memorable experiences that keep guests entertained, connected, and coming back for more.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, confident on camera, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, and passionate about gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. Successful Dealtainers understand that personality and guest interaction are just as important as dealing accuracy and game protection.

Unlike traditional casino dealer positions on the Las Vegas Strip, this role provides the opportunity to become part of a growing entertainment and digital media platform. Team Members work in a dedicated non-smoking gaming studio environment designed specifically for live-streamed gaming entertainment, where personality, professionalism, and guest engagement help create a one-of-a-kind gaming experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Single Zero Roulette, and other assigned table games accurately and in compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental procedures.
• Create an engaging, entertaining, and memorable gaming experience by actively interacting with guests, online viewers, and participants during live-streamed gaming sessions.
• Showcase a positive, energetic, and professional personality while serving as a host, entertainer, and ambassador of the Vegas Live Casino Network brand.
• Maintain a polished, confident, and professional on-camera presence during livestreams, recorded content, promotional appearances, and special events.
• Build rapport with guests and foster a fun, social, and welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and repeat visitation.
• Explain game rules, procedures, wagers, and outcomes clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Process buy-ins, payouts, and chip transactions accurately while maintaining game protection, integrity, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network professionally while interacting with guests, viewers, content creators, production personnel, community partners, and the general public.
• Collaborate with supervisors, production personnel, and marketing teams to support livestreams, recorded content, special events, tournaments, and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in photography sessions, video production, livestreams, interviews, media appearances, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities designed to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
• Serve as a contributor to Vegas Live Casino Network content by creating authentic guest interactions and supporting the growth of the Company's digital and social media presence.
• Understand and acknowledge that gaming sessions, promotional activities, appearances, and related content may be photographed, recorded, broadcast, livestreamed, and distributed through social media, YouTube, television, and other digital or traditional media platforms.
• Participate in auditions, training, coaching, and development activities related to table games proficiency, guest engagement, entertainment, public speaking, and on-camera performance.
• Remain alert to suspicious activity and promptly report concerns in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated proficiency in dealing at least two (2) of the following table games: Blackjack, Baccarat, and/or Single Zero (European) Roulette.
• Exceptional communication, guest engagement, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Comfortable working in a live-streamed, recorded, and highly visible gaming and entertainment environment.
• Ability to project confidence and professionalism while interacting with guests, online viewers, and production personnel.
• Ability to successfully complete both a dealing audition and an on-camera personality/performance audition.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to positively represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotional events, and special appearances.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
• Must successfully complete all required compliance training, including Title 31 training and testing, within established timeframes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year or more of table games dealing experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency dealing all three (3) of the following games: Blackjack, Baccarat, and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
• Experience in a party pit, high-energy gaming environment, casino promotions, hospitality, entertainment, or other guest-facing roles.
• Previous experience in a livestream, broadcast, television, content creation, entertainment, or filmed environment.
• Experience as a presenter, performer, host, influencer, brand ambassador, public-facing personality, gaming representative, or similar role requiring audience engagement.
• Established social media presence and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or similar channels.
• Experience creating content or participating in promotional, marketing, media, or public relations activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid Nevada Gaming Registration or ability to obtain and maintain.
• Successful completion of required Title 31 training and testing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work is performed within a live casino gaming, entertainment, and broadcast production environment.
• Position is located within a dedicated non-smoking gaming studio designed for live-streamed casino entertainment.
• Work is conducted in a highly visible, guest-facing environment with continuous surveillance, security monitoring, and live broadcast capabilities.
• Frequent exposure to livestreaming technology, video production equipment, photography, broadcast systems, production lighting, microphones, and fixed gaming cameras.
• Regular interaction with guests, online audiences, production personnel, hosts, content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing professionals during live and recorded gaming sessions.
• Work may be performed while being recorded, photographed, streamed, or broadcast to live and online audiences worldwide.
• Environment is energetic, interactive, and entertainment-focused, requiring continuous guest engagement and on-camera professionalism.
• Work may be fast-paced, highly visible, and subject to changing production, operational, and guest service demands.
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels associated with casino operations, guest interaction, live broadcasts, promotional activities, and entertainment programming.
• Requires frequent interaction with guests, Team Members, management, vendors, media representatives, and broadcast personnel.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotional events, special appearances, and other business-related activities.
• Position may require participation in livestreams, promotional campaigns, media appearances, interviews, content creation, and other marketing-related activities both on and off property.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and remain on duty for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements associated with dealing cards, spinning roulette wheels, handling chips, and processing transactions.
• Ability to use manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to accurately conduct table game procedures.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, and move throughout the gaming and production area as needed.
• Ability to visually distinguish playing cards, gaming chips, dice, table layouts, currency, and gaming equipment.
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively with guests, online participants, Team Members, management, and production personnel in a busy environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional, engaging, and camera-ready presence throughout scheduled shifts, livestreams, recorded content, promotional activities, and guest interactions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work for extended periods in a fast-paced gaming and entertainment environment requiring sustained concentration, attention to detail, multitasking, and situational awareness.
