This role is located in the San Antonio, TX division.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience within the homebuilding, residential real estate, or related industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive traffic, lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media management, content development, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms, website management tools, and digital analytics.
• Knowledge of residential real estate, consumer buying behaviors, market research, and competitive positioning within the homebuilding industry.
• Excellent communication, project management, presentation, and vendor management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day  

• Develop and execute divisional marketing strategies and campaigns to drive qualified traffic, support community sales goals, and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage all divisional advertising, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, public relations, signage, and promotional efforts.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer demographics, lead generation results, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with Division leadership and Sales teams to develop community launch plans, grand openings, promotions, and ongoing traffic-generation initiatives.
• Oversee the Division's website content, digital listings, online reputation management, model home merchandising, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, digital vendors, and other marketing service providers to ensure quality, performance, and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage divisional marketing budgets, monitor return on investment, and identify opportunities to improve lead generation, traffic conversion, and overall marketing performance.
