Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Events Manager to lead our brand’s social media presence and event marketing. This role will develop content strategies, manage social media calendars, capture engaging content, and oversee event promotion and coverage. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage 3–5 brand accounts, develop content calendars, create engaging posts and short-form videos, write captions, and monitor performance.
• Content Coordination: Work with in-house production, design, and support teams to develop content, maintain brand standards, and ensure timely publishing.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate marketing and social media coverage for office openings, broker opens, content days, and sponsored events, including promotion, live coverage, and post-event content.
• PR & Brand Promotion: Identify promotional opportunities, coordinate content for press features, and support social media campaigns and giveaways.
• Agent Marketing Support: Provide guidance to agents on personal branding, social media trends, and content creation while coordinating marketing requests with the appropriate teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and developing content strategies.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable filming and creating short-form video content on a phone.
• Experience coordinating events, managing live coverage, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
