What it takes to become a Business Office Assistant with Care Initiatives:

• Experience in an office setting, proficiency with phones/computers.
• Great communication skills.

What you would do as a Business Office Assistant with Care Initiatives:

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other business office tasks, as assigned. 
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, team members, and visitors as our front desk receptionist. 
• Multitask and prioritize competing priorities in a fast paced environment.  
• Have a strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
